We coordinate facility selection, production milestones, quality inspections, delivery sequencing and installation so the furniture package arrives as an operationally ready result.
What we coordinate
Raw-material, finish and detail decisions are reviewed with the architecture studio against design intent, durability, budget and programme.
We convert the approved intent into buildable shop drawings, samples and prototypes, then align each package with suitable integrated facilities.
Approvals, milestones and inspections are documented throughout production, with issues escalated before they affect site delivery.
We coordinate packing, delivery sequencing, site installation, snagging and final handover for the hotel or commercial space.
